Services and guarantee
Our services are provided under a separate written agreement that defines the scope of work and how results are measured. Under our 45 calls in 90 days guarantee, if we don't deliver 45 calls within 90 days, we continue working at no additional cost until the target is reached. Payments and refunds
Fees, billing periods and cancellation notice are set out in your service agreement. Refunds are issued for services that have not been performed, as described in our Refund Policy.
