These terms apply to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Ranket Inc. (“Ranket”) to people who have opted in to receive them.
Program description
When you opt in — for example by checking the SMS consent box on our audit request form or by asking us to text you — Ranket may send you messages about your inquiry, your free audit, appointment reminders, service updates and account notifications. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and updates about our services.
Consent
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- You can use our services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
